Refund Policy

1. Scope
This Refund Policy applies to fees paid to Olira Studio (“we,” “us”) for services, retainers, or packages as described on our website or in your written agreement, proposal, or invoice. It works together with our Terms and Conditions.
2. General principle
Because our work is custom and often involves dedicated time and third-party costs, fees are generally earned as services are performed. Refunds, if any, are handled as set out in your contract or this policy, whichever is more specific.
3. Deposits and retainers
Deposits or upfront retainers may be non-refundable once work has commenced or capacity has been reserved, unless your written agreement states otherwise.
4. Project-based work
For fixed-fee projects, amounts attributable to completed milestones or deliverables are typically non-refundable. If you cancel before completion, you remain responsible for work completed and for any non-recoverable costs we have incurred, as stated in your agreement.
5. Recurring services
For monthly or recurring engagements, fees for the current billing period usually cover that period’s services and are not refunded for partial months unless we agree in writing or applicable law requires otherwise.
6. Disputes and chargebacks
We encourage you to contact us first to resolve billing concerns. Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us may limit our ability to continue services.
7. Exceptional circumstances
In rare cases—such as prolonged inability to deliver due to our fault—we may offer a credit or partial refund as a matter of goodwill. Any such offer is discretionary and not an admission of liability beyond what your contract or law requires.
8. How to request a review
Email info@olirastudio.com with your name, invoice or agreement reference, and a short explanation. We will respond within a reasonable time.
9. Updates
We may update this Refund Policy when our practices change. The “Last updated” date will reflect revisions.
